Jazz Clarinetist Anat Cohen is winner of the Jazz Journalists Association award Jazz Clarinetist of the Year in 2010. Awesome, did you know she won in 2007, 2008, and 2009?
The Jazz Journalist Association Jazz Awards were announced on June 14th, 2010. Finalists for the JJA Jazz Awards honor excellence in music-making and music documentation. These musicians are nominated by 60 professional Jazz Journalists Association member. In 2010, the nominations included 41 categories. Congratulations to jazz clarinetist Anat Cohen for winning again.
